Got it covered on limited processed foods, walked 7 miles and did 35 mins of yoga.

Did side steps to the left and to the right as well as some backward walking and tip-toe walking.

I did some side steps in the pasture today when I was walking the dog. She looked at me kind of strangely.

I love my organic meat, fruit and veg box. Source of lots of interesting meals.
Side to side do-able with a head cold but I'll pass on the jumping. ;)
