I'm sticking with the lunchtime walks. Oddly, my hip is worse when I sit so I tend to do most toning and hand weights standing.

Add chair exercises to your daily routine. Pick one muscle group or if you need a full-body strength routine, for for the gusty and try them all.

BONUS/ALTERNATE CHALLENGE: Make it a ten-minute Tuesday by adding a 10-minute walk to whatever other activity you have planned. Walk laps inside or outside your office or home.
