I have several groups, and many favorites - If I change just one part of the group, I remove & add at the tracker. Easy peasy.
Who knew I repeated so many meals? ! ?
Married to a vet who was active for 20 years. He's got a cold - good excuse for not taking advantage of free pies being offered all around town.

oats cranberries and 2% milk is at least 3 days a week, so Thanks I will do that easy breakfast, and string cheese is a daily snack, if I have it, hopefully that will save me some time, and tracking does take time, Thanks I will do this

Just added one of my go-to breakfasts to the tracker as a grouping. I've been meaning to do that forever but never got around to it. Thanks for the inspiration!

Keep it Simple, Sparkers. I learned a tip that I plan on implementing into my lifestyle makeover, and it makes life so simple. I have determined the calorie count of my favorite meals, and I formed them into food groupings on the SP tracker. Try to eat one or two of these groupings each day; cutting back on tracking individual foods all day makes life easy.

Also, kiss your veteran's today, or show them some other form of affection today; they deserve it.
