I realized this morning that the scale is NOT the only measurement (like you said). My scale is being stubborn but I have lost a couple of inches. My clothes are fitting better again.

I took measurements - it's been a couple of months but I'm glad I did! I've noticed that all of my pants and shorts are more snug, but my weight is stable. Figured out that I've gone up in measurements a tad bit! At least now I have motivation to work out more. I can't afford to buy all new bottoms. :)

I hope you have learned from Sparkpeople's abundant articles that the scale isn't always to most accurate tracker of progress. Today, I want you to snap a picture of yourself in a swimsuit, or take some measurements on you waist, hips, arm, etc. Update the measurements or picture every 30 days. It's hard to see the gradual progress, so pictures and inches can help us see how far we've come.
