Today's challenge is the Russian twist. Start by sitting on the floor with your knees bent so that your feet are by your bum. Then lean back as far as you can, but not past 45`. Clasp your hands together, arms are straight out in front of you. Now twist from side to side, touching the floor with your hands as you go. This one is hard, but it's so very effective!
