I do track and watch my sodium intake, sadly I splurge on pizza and mac & cheese sometimes.

Will do, I know the electrolights I use have some, but I don't do them unless I am out a while.

I keep an eye on my sodium intake so this one will be easy. BUT I'm not saying it's easy to stay in sodium range because it's in almost everything.

Thanks for the challenge.

Challenge-No one can deny that our body needs sodium. It is an important part of many functions. Sodium is a great flavor enhancer and preservative though, so it is commonly added in overabundance to our food. I read from the FDA website referenced below, and from many health and fitness magazines, that we should abide by the 5%-20% rule. Foods with more than 20% of a nutrient are high in that nutrient. Check out that ramen or mac and cheese I know we all have in our pantries. Mac and Cheese, before prepared, has 24% sodium, and ramen contains 36%! Today, focus on keeping your sodium intake in a healthy range.
