This move comes from many disciplines, notably tae bo. Stand with feet wider than shoulder width, and squat as low as you can. Then start punching the air in front of you. This can be more intense if you hold small weights or cans of soup. Shadowboxing works your shoulders, bum, core, and thighs. However, this move can be modified by sitting, which removes the lower body toning. So put on some music or your favorite TV show and shadowbox.
