Challenge-Have you ever noticed that you accomplish more when you write a To-do list, versus keeping it in your head? I want you to take a look at the big picture. What do you hope to achieve with your healthy lifestyle? What will you need to give up? Write these things down today. Take a hard look and identify the tough choices to be made, and note the benefits you will gain.
