If I know it is going to be a hot day, I will walk in the morning before it gets hot, takes too long in the evening, and treadmill is not a lot of fun

If I am sleepy when my alarm goes off at 6:00 a.m. (chances are good.. lol), then I will get out of bed and go into the bathroom and wash my face. Then I will make my morning workout decision, in the bathroom, upright, face washed, rather than head on pillow, snuggled in.

Benefit: Having my workout and shower finished by 7:30 a.m. affords me energy and time to do necessary forwarding tasks during the day, rather than being concerned with fitting in a workout and a shower while taking after three little ones!

If I put a huge limit on those things that I know aren't good for me then I will not only lose the weight I want but I will also lose the aches and pains that I have acquired over the years along with looking much better and loving myself more.

Need some help with my statement.
I have two 'voices' Sally Doubter and GI Jillian. They argue constantly.

My problem is Sally Doubter wins during TOM, and I hate that. So what do I say?

"During TOM I will look Sally Doubter in a closet?" :)

Challenge-Write an if then statement to help you conquer your healthy lifestyle hurdles. For example, "If I want to skip my workout, then I will change into my workout gear".

Benefit-In the heat of the moment, it is easy to succumb to a bad decision. Having a plan does the thinking ahead of time.
