I bought the Spark Solution and so this first 2 weeks I want to lose 4 or 5 pounds, and then 5 more until I get down where I was, and then maintain. That is the plan

Challenge- Announce your goals on a social media platform, or via mass email. Anyway you need to, get your goal out there so that you feel accountable to your friends.

Benefit- The more accountability you feel, the easier it can be to achieve your goals.
