Excellent! I've been slacking off increasing my push-ups that I had been doing each evening to build up my upper body strength. So I'm going to start again tonight.

Challenge-Choose a fitness activity to test your self today. Retest in one month. This could include # of push ups in a minute, time to run one mile, or multiple exercises.

Benefit-I just took a SP poll that indicated a majority of SP users don't test their fitness. Having a measure of fitness can be beneficial to your journey. We all know that the scale will move up, down, or not at all, even if we do everything right. However, if we are doing everything right, we should see an improvement in fitness. When the scale won't budge, you can look at your notes, and feel proud that you did 2 more push ups today than one month ago.
