I love it! I will pull out a dance game for the Wii (Disney dance something or other) that my daughter has been begging me to play with her all week! It's a good workout and something my kids like to do with me (bonus!)

Challenge-Get your exercise in by doing something fun, like a dance class, or a game of frisbee with your friends.

Benefit-Hopefully you enjoy your more traditional exercise, such as running or biking, but fun activities help keep you on track.
