Challenge-Accumulate 30 minutes of meditation. This could include deep breathing, performing yoga poses, or whatever helps you feel calm.

Benefit-We live in a hectic world, and calming down will help you feel more focused. Give yourself those little breaks throughout the day; you deserve it!
