I cannot eat dairy or grains, so my well-balanced breakfast this morning: eggs with sauteed onions, red bell pepper, grape tomatoes and mushrooms, sliced apple - posted a photo to my blog.

Happy Friday to you!

Your challenge today is to EAT AT LEAST (1) ONE WELL-BALANCED MEAL. What does well-balanced mean? You meal needs to include something from each of the following groups:

*Protein
*Fruit/Vegetables
*Breads
*Dairy

NOTE: Vegetarians and those that are lactose-intolerant will need to make modifications to suit their diet. Remember to choose lower fat proteins and whole grains.
