I have tried to drink all my water, but that is about it, not enough exercise, wrong food, and all, but I am sure having a good trip

I did almost everything right! Stayed within my calorie range, got my exercise in, but didn't drink my 8 glasses of water. I'm going to really try to get back on track with that.

I actually chose to forgo exercise today and it was the right decision for me. I will try to take a walk tonight ... I stayed in my calorie range and have had 9 glasses of water today. I'm doing okay and am getting ready to travel for the next 5 or 6 days ... I will not be online for a bit - but will use the gym at the hotel while I'm gone.

The hardest for me is staying in my calorie range. I will try to finish the day off right.

Okay, I'm on board. Jogged for 50 minutes this morning with the dog. Spun the wheel. Blogged. Explored the boards, which I haven't really done before, now I'm off to be good about lunch.

Happy Tuesday to you!

How often do you have days when everything seems to fall into place? You put in your food, exercise, water, etc. and realize that your hard work really shows? THAT IS TODAY!

Your challenge today is to DO IT RIGHT! That means:

*Staying within your calories
*Get in exercise
*Drink all of your water
*Get in some of your extra goals
*Spin the wheel
*Post on a few boards
*Send out a huddle

YOU CAN DO THIS! Plan ahead and tell yourself that you DESERVE to have a good day.
