I'm going to try to get out a little early and run in the hills. I even put my stuff in the car. If I can't then I will do the bike on a trainer tonight.

well, i have a 3 mile run to do, and i'm slow, so i should have this covered :)

so I got rid of my weight goals, because as I am lifting, my weight is going up, but my body fat % is going down, so I don't want to discourage myself from being healthy...body fat % goals will be coming soon!
