Thanks, I have been working hard at trying to do this daily, I lowered my calories, trying to break my plateau, and we will see if that jump starts anything, hope so.

I've been way over too many times the last 2 weeks, very unusual for me. Today I'm home all day and will eat healthy and within range. Just finished a 5K so I'm off to a good start.

I've been within 5 calories of staying in my range the past week (minus 1 day). I'm finding it is easier to stay within my range when I plan ahead a bit, just like HILLARY. Good luck to everyone on this challenge:)

This will be tough but I am going to do my best! We are going out to eat tonight for a friend's birthday. I know what I will be ordering and have already put it in my tracker. Planning the rest of my day around that.

Happy Saturday to you!

Do you have quite a few plans for the weekend? A get-together with family/friends? A birthday party? A BBQ? Dinner out with your significant other? You do? GREAT!

As those times can be tempting with extra calories, we need to focus today on eating right. Your challenge today is to STAY WITHIN YOUR CALORIE RANGE.

*Kitchen scale
*Lunchbox to "brown bag" your mid-day meal
*Containers and READ LABELS FOR SERVING SIZES

Be honest with yourself and COUNT EVERY MORSEL AND DRINK THAT GOES INTO YOUR MOUTH. You CAN stay on track!!
