I went to zumba for an hour, was pretty good but my legs were sore from the previous days so they didn't want to do a whole lot

Friday is gym day, so I went and worked out on machines for 45 minutes walked 25 minutes around the track and then aerobics class for 60 minutes. A good day, but to top that off, 9 of us went to lunch, and blew all of our hard work, but it was so good.

I had today scheduled as a rest day, but I am planning to do a short stretching routine because my leg is feeling sore, so I think that will be my exercise for today. That and the hour I spent chasing a sparrow around my house, moving furniture to get him out from behind an old steamer trunk we have. Crazy bird...
