This is a great challenge for me. I've done my morning routine but will need to push myself again. I think I already had it planned in my mind I'd take it easy because it's expected to get hot. Then along came this challenge and I realize the error of my ways.

Happy Tuesday to you!

Our challenge today is to get BURN AT LEAST 350 CALORIES THROUGH CARDIO EXERCISE. Remember that you can break up your exercise with several different exercises (i.e. walking at lunch, gym class, kicking the ball around with the kids before dinner, etc.). The goal is to make 350 or more by the end of the day.

Have a SWEATING OFF THOSE EXTRA CALORIES Tuesday!
