I've been eating Whole Wheat bread, eating as much green veggies as I can and substituting out some other things as well. For example, tonight for dinner, the hubby and I had spaghetti with whole grain pasta, we also has multi-grain bread instead of store bought garlic bread.

Earlier this week I have made a goal of eating no less than 5 fruits and veggies everyday. I am adding whole grains to complete the process.

I am making a conscious effort this week (and beyond) to eat more fresh fruits and vegetables. Today I had an apple, a banana, and a salad complete with carrots and tomatoes. emoticon

This is always hard for me, but yesterday I made it, I got 29 so I will really work on it today, those apples help alot.
This evening I had an apple and an orange, and only got up to 20, better tomorrow
