I have that DVD as well and man the first few times I did the full workout I could barely move too. It's a great dvd tho and a great workout. I'm all over this after my cardio this evening.

Happy Wednesday to you!

The other day, I was shopping in Target. They had a sale on all of their exercise DVDs. I had been looking at a few Jillian Michael's workouts and thought I would buy one or two. I like to think that I'm fit for an overweight chick. I run, speed walk, and kickbox. How hard could Jillian's workout be? In a word: HARD! I did the No More Trouble Zones for 50 minutes and have been feeling the affects for 3 days! My abs are STILL sore. Talk about doing a good workout. Yikes!

Our challenge today is to DO EXERCISES THAT FOCUS ON YOUR ABDOMINAL MUSCLES. You can do a DVD, class, or use gym equipment that focus on your abs. Of course, you could always do:

*Plank (or plank modifications)
*Crunches
*Push-Ups (believe it or not, these actually work not only your arms & shoulders, but also your abs)
*Work with a stability ball
*Trunk twists
*Hula Hoop

Check back in later to share what you did to work your abs.
