It looks like the Supreme 90 Day is a lot like the Insanity (Beachbody) workouts, but at a MUCH LOWER price. I believe they carry the set (10 disks?) at Bed, Bath, and Beyond for something like $20. Can't beat the price!

Ok, my favorite things are:

FOODS:

When I have the munchies, I reach for Whole Wheat pretzels. You can find them at Walmart, HEB, Target, etc. 10 long stick pretzels are about 110cal and help me through my crunch cravings. They also contain fiber, another plus.

I'm also ADDICTED to Skinny Cow Ice Cream Sandwiches. They are 140 calories each, contain fiber, and you can buy a case of them at Costco for $15 or so. LOVE them!

For something creamy, I reach for Hills Brothers Sugar Free Cappucino (2T for 50cal) or add 2T of Sugar Free Hershey Syrup to fat free milk or almond milk.
----------------------------------------
--------------------
EXERCISE:

Most of you know that I'm a runner. I'm gearing up for my next marathon season starting 5/1/11. I've already registered for the Walt Disney World 2012 Goofy Races. I'd also like to run the 3M Half, AT&T full, and Zooma full marathons in 2012.

Last week, Target had all their workout DVDs on sale. I bought 3 Jillian Michael's workout DVDs. I thought I was pretty fit, but TRY AGAIN, SHAN! Holy cow! I did the No More Trouble Zones (40min) and was sweating to high heaven! Talk about feeling that one in the morning!

I also enjoy: Turbo Jam (asking for Turbo Fire for Christmas), ChaLEAN (lots of weights and toning), Wii Zumba, Gold's Gym Dance Workout, and P90X (only made it through a month before becoming ill and not finishing program - it is on my list to do next year). I'm a fan of cross-training. I take one day off a week from exercise (Friday) to rest my body. I try to fit in strength training 3 days a week if possible.
----------------------------------------
-------------------
EXERCISE EQUIPMENT:

I just got a strap heart rate monitor and LOVE it. It wasn't an expensive one (I drool over Garmins). It is a Timex T5G971 Unisex version. LOVE IT. I HIGHLY recommend getting a HRM for those that want to see how many calories they are really burning. Sometimes, weight loss sites under/over-estimate calories burned. It is nice to SEE what is really going on.

I also use a 10lb weighted vest sometimes when doing household chores. Just doing everyday chores (i.e. folding laundry, vacuuming, etc.) with a vest on can really work your core muscles. I use 6, 10, and 15lbs. weights when I am doing ChaLEAN. I also use bands, and a stability ball from time to time.
----------------------------------------
-----------------
MUSIC:

For running, I'm a big fan of house, techno, or electronica. Those crazy beats keep my legs going.
----------------------------------------
-----------------
SITES, MAGAZINES, TV SHOWS, ETC. THAT MOTIVATE:

I'm a member of Sparkpeople AND My Fitness Pal (I'm under slimyfishy). Both sites are exceptional for motivation and online friendships. I have a magazine subscription to Fitness magazine. I enjoy watching Dr. Oz and Hungry Girl on television for healthy ideas.

REMEMBER: Measure yourself with a tape measure. Sometimes that nasty scale doesn't budge, but our measurements go down. Keep track of those numbers, folks. You will be glad you did!
----------------------------------------
-----------------
GREAT IDEAS everyone! Thanks so much for sharing!

LadyHunter: Is Supreme 90 Day really difficult? I notice that we have very similar weight loss goals, but you are making progress and I'm not! :P Maybe I should check it out!

I found the perfect workout for me. I made my goal weight almost a year ago, but.... I still have flab left over... tried everything! I found a new workout program that is easy to follow and it works muscles you never knew existed... "Supreme 90 Day" I love it!!! The best thing is it is only 30 minutes so you can walk, or go jogging or another cardio... plus, it comes with a Huge!!! poster size schedule... you only need a stability ball and dumb bells.... it is great!

Right now my favorite excercise is walking or running with the dog while listening to something heavy like metalica or linkin park or something like dance or trance depending on the speed and my mood.

As long as i have my pedometer and the dog i dont need any other equipment bar a pair of comfy trainers jogging bottoms and top. The only thing is i like to do it before too many ppl are about cos of my wobbly bits so its normally before dawn or after dusk!

Sing like no ones listening
Dance like no ones watching

* Favorite Exercises ~ Turbo Jam is amazing! I love how it works the whole body and that there are so many different dvds to keep the workout fresh. Any of Jillian Michael's dvds. When you need a good kick in the butt she is there to dish it out! Also, Denise Austin's 3-week Boot Camp dvd. I love mixing strength exercises in with cardio. It's a great way to burn calories.

* Favorite Music that keeps you motivated ~ The new Britney cd is amazing! Great beats and plenty of bass to make you want to get up and move! A few from my current playlist: Phoenix "Lisztomania", Kings of Leon "Charmer", Billy Talent "Devil on My Shoulder", Muse "Time is Running Out", Britney "Till The World Ends" and Sublime "Doin' Time".

* Favorite foods ~ I recently tried Dole's Southwest salad kit and loved it! I added diced chicken breast to it for some protein.

* Favorite website, book, article, blog, television show that inspire you on your journey
~ Definitely SP! I watch The Biggest Loser sometimes.

* Favorite exercise equipment, exercise clothing, exercise shoes ~ I love my Nike shox! I like to buy shirts with motivating sayings like, "Just do it every damn day."

My favorite website without question is Sparkpeople. The advise, encouragement and support that I get here is better than anything I have ever had before.

I don't know if I will ever be able to say that I "love" to workout. But working out for me is tolerable when I am listening to Blackeyed Peas, Kesha, Rhianna, Kool and the Gang for cardio and Mary J., Joss Stone and Chrisette Michelle for strength training.

Even though my friends think I'm strange, my go to meal is a spinach and squash soup. I eat it vegetarian and sometimes add navy beans for breakfast. When I have it for lunch I have added cooked ground beef, or shredded chicken or smoked sausage. It is filling and digests slowly. If I have a day or several where I've gone over my points, I make the soup for either breakfast or lunch for the next few days.

We all have the same goal on Sparkpeople:

How are YOU getting to these goals? What are some of your favorite things that are bringing you closer to your goals? Here are some things you could talk about (feel free to use as many as you like):

* Favorite Exercises (i.e. at the gym, on DVD, that you can do at home, that you can do in your community)
