I have spent absolute the entire morning looking for one small box, lifting, looking under,(every item, I can store something) climbing, (to the top of closets) and how many calories does stress burn? Anyway, I found it, I had to download something to gewt back on line with my computer, done, finally, so I can now burn my calories, I have done my 20 minute jog this morning, but I will go for a walk this afternoon, it is very cool out but nice.

Yoga, walking and Zumba is the ticket for me too! And I just finished vacuuming after the slumber party for my daughter (which just finished up - the 2 girls left here are her best friends who are here practically all the time so don't count as guests anymore!)

Consider it done! I burned 594 calories today doing heavy house chores like lifting boxes, rearranging clothing and lifting loads of laundry. Did that for over four hours but only counted two hours.

Shaggy and I walked around the neighborhood. Because it's a bit dreary, we managed a fairly brisk pace. Our cooldown was trying to convince a toddler to pat him.

I might knock out another 200 calories later--doing something more vigorous without Shagster. He's not really built for speed.

Happy Sunday to you!
