I did it...and didn't go hungry!! I just planned what I was I was going to eat & stuck with it! Now to just keep it up!!

I rocked this one. Our family went to Outback Steakhouse. A few hours before we went, I did some research online for nutritional information. I planned out everything I was going to eat @ Outback BEFORE we went. The rest of the family shared the bread/butter & 2200 (OMG!) calorie Bloomin' Onion while I waited for my meal. I stuck to it and did GREAT!

Make sure to encourage your favorite restaurants to list their nutritional information. Let them know how much it means to you. Believe me, I wouldn't have stayed on track if I hadn't planned ahead. Thanks to all the businesses that see the importance of listing nutritional information! BRAVO!

So far goal met. The evening is coming up and that's always a binge time for me. I binged on pasta tonight. I'm going to keep it small. Small snacks here and there. And healthy snacks only!

One of the issues I have is that I stay up really late so I might have my dinner or a snack at like 1 in the AM and go to bed around 4 or 5 AM. My sleep schedule can vary a lot but yeah. So I don't know when I should start the daily calories. After midnight or after I wake up?

Thanks for this one! I am all panned out for the day too and even though I am only having salad for dinner (because I have a HUGE box of salad in the fridge that I don't want to see go bad) I want to be determined to stick to it. We were going to do pizza tonight, but I decided not to so I could enjoy myself Sunday. Good luck everyone!

My son wants pizza for dinner because it's Friday and the Super Bowl is Sunday and I am making it a healthy "party" and he's all grouchy. hahaha So... I said... why don't we MAKE pizza for dinner? Whole wheat dough in the making and all fresh stuff going on top, reduced fat cheese, etc... hehe :) Sneaky mommy.
