Good! I haven't tracked nutrition since Wednesday. Hmmmm what could I have been doing on Thursday and Friday? emoticon
I am off to a good start today - tracking food and water on nutrition site and just finished a good resistance band workout and exercise bike workout and logged it on the exercise site. emoticon
