didn't do much unusual stuff yesterday. Went for a 5 mile jog, played paddle tennis, and walked the dogs. Pretty normal for a Saturday.

heavy house cleaning fits me to a tee, up and down my step ladder washing and waxing cupboards, baseboards and crown molding gotta be good for some calories burned, as well as my normal exercise.

Did laundry.... went downstairs to check dryer even though I knew the clothes weren't dry... Made for more times up and down stairs. Also went shopping... emoticon

so I got rid of my weight goals, because as I am lifting, my weight is going up, but my body fat % is going down, so I don't want to discourage myself from being healthy...body fat % goals will be coming soon!

Happy Saturday to you!

I'm back, team! Woohooo! Thanks for all your notes. I had a very nice cruise to Mexico. I'm back and ready to throw more challenges your way.

Our challenge today is to GET EXERCISE THROUGH OUR DAILY ACTIVITIES. When someone says exercise, most of us think of the gym, or jogging, or riding a bike. Sure, you can get exercise from those, but what about:

*Raking leaves
*Heavy duty housecleaning (i.e. mopping, vacuuming, washing walls, etc.)
*Washing your car
*Gardening
*Walking to your errands (when possible)
*Taking extra trips up and down the stairs
*Parking your car far out in the parking lot and walking
*Vigorous mall walking

Think of ways to exercise today that aren't traditional. Who knows? You might just burn calories and check off items on your TO DO list.

Have a FITTING IN EXERCISE EVERYWHERE I CAN Saturday!
