I have been on spark people about 2 months and have lost about 14 lbs. I am on 5 teams: rheumotoid arthritis(RA), skin cancer, over 50 with 20+ lbs. to lose, bootcamp and here- one day challenge. This kind of gives a summary of me. I have completed a one month challenge on the RA site, I am in the 4th week of bootcamp challenge, and I enjoy these one day challenges. I am in the midst of helping to plan our daughter's wedding, next May, and as she lives 1500 miles away and is 28, she is doing most of the work- and quite well. I am dealing with some skin cancer and possible minor surgery on my shoulder next week and a weekend trip with full days of line dancing this weekend. Life is ups and downs and spark people members have helped support me through both. Have a wonderful day! (and that is my blog) emoticon

How have I been?
