finally did the crunches fitness challenge, so I have a starting number to try to improve in the future. I also did the plank (first time doing a full plank pose instead of the modified version.)

Happy Thursday to you!

Your challenge today is to WORK YOUR ABDOMINAL MUSCLES. Try to do AT LEAST 3 different exercises that target this area. Some examples are:

*Crunches
*Seated bicycle
*Scissor kicks
*Plank
*Pulse Ups
*Twisting crunches
*Mason Twists (I used a 6lb weight gripped in both hands to help me do this easier)

Have a MY ABS ARE BURNING, BUT I KNOW THESE EXERCISES WILL HELP ME LOOK GREAT IN SLIMMER JEANS Thursday!
