I take my measurements every two weeks just to see my progress. All together I have lost 6 inches in my waist alone! Great challenge!

Well...this is my first time measuring and it was a little discouraging until my sister pointed out that it was just a starting point! I started on here on Saturday and have actually been seeing results, which is very encouraging--and these one day challenges help to keep on track!

Just joined Spark a week ago and measured on Thursday but with only 2.6 lbs lost and due to a terrible cold and an injured ankle I didn't really work out so I don't think there would be any change yet...

On the 15th of each month, our challenge is always to measure ourselves. Keeping track of your measurements can be very motivational. This is especially true when the number on the scale isn't going down, but the measuring tape is.

Get out your measuring tape (or print out a free one online) and measure the areas listed below. Make sure to keep these numbers handy to compare for next month.

Areas to measure:

*Chest
*Bust
*Waist
*Hips

Optional areas to measure:

*Neck
*Upper arms
*Upper thighs
*Wrists
*Ankles
