I am over half way on meeting today's challenge. I am going to use a SparkRecipe to make a Lentil/Tomato Soup for dinner, and that will help me meet today's "Fiber-licious" challenge..WooHoo!!!

Half way there with just breakfast down!

I love fresh fruit so luckily fiber is one thing that is easy for me (now carbs on the other hand...lol)

Your challenge today is to GET ALL OF YOUR DAILY FIBER REQUIREMENTS THROUGH YOUR MEALS/SNACKS.

Great ways to get in your daily fiber needs are by eating:

*Whole grain breads, cereals, brown rice
*Fresh fruits/vegetables
*Legumes
*Seeds

Remember: To keep your body running smoothly, drink plenty of water to balance the fiber your are eating.
