Organized and held our 2nd annual Boy Scout garage sale for 80+ boys. We made almost $1300 that goes into all the scout accounts for camping. Woohooo!

Took some of my garden roses over to a neighbor. She has dementia and we always have to be reintroduced when I come over, but I know she likes the flowers, even if she doesn't know where they are from!

visited one person in nursing home and another in assisted living facility. nice walks to each, so i did something for myself, too, but not from recipients of my kindness.

I helped a guy with some change so he could get a drink at a gas station

Small baby step goals to begin with so I don't get discouraged again

I tried but somehow couldn't outgive the people I meant to give to! Was invited to lunch, given free veggies, had someone help me with my brakelight problem and even found a jacket lying in the parking lot (which I'll try to return, of course, but have no idea how to find the owner. May end up with a new jacket?!)

I offered to watch my grandson so my daughter wouldn't have to pay a babysitter while she works. Then, I told her she could hang out with some friends tonight so she would get some much deserved time to relax a little bit!

I try to do this at least once daily for someone I don't know. Whether it's is just hold the door open, Let someone ahead of me in the checkout line. People have become very selfish. Love this one.
