Happy Tuesday to you!

I had a team member tell me that she appreciated our challenges because they gave her a "kick in the pants". Do you have days like that? Do you find yourself feeling unmotivated, or drowning in unhealthy eating habits and no exercise? Has someone pushed you when you needed encouragement?

Your challenge today is to be THAT PERSON for THREE Spark members. Send out 3 encouraging notes to 3 random folks. Even if you say: "I believe in you. You can do it", you will be encouraging someone that might be on the verge of throwing in the towel.

Have a WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN THE LIVES OF OTHERS Thursday!
