So far I did 35 minutes on the treamill (at a 5% incline) and started a new stationary bike workout using interval training for 26 minutes!

Just heard about this couch to 5K program. Also doing 30 min. of treadmill each morning. Walk a minuted, jog for 3. Plenty of sweat this morning - I even noticed it dripping a bit. Yuck!
