I definitely need this challenge. I am getting grandma arms. lol. Did tricep kickbacks, bicep curls and side arm raises(15 of each) and my arms aren't even sore this morning. Guess I should have done more. Maybe tomorrow.

I work on strength training every day. Cardio for 10 - 15 minutes, 45 pounds on the chest press (3 sets of 12), then 3 sets of 15 on the rowing machine at 12 pounds. Then free weights for about 15 minutes and more cardio for 10 mins. Every day, Monday to Friday.

Happy Monday to you!

I went out to a fancy dinner last night with my family. I slipped on a cute black dress, strappy heels, and did up my hair. As I was inspecting the finished product, I noticed something GHASTLY....my flappy arms!

Does anyone else have this problem? You work hard on cardio, eating right, drinking your water, but forgetting to strengthen. I HATE FLAPPY ARMS!

Our challenge today is to DO 3 STRENGTH TRAINING EXERCISES THAT FOCUS ON ARMS. Feel free to use weights, balance ball, or resistance bands to make these exercises more challenging.

Have a BYE-BYE WOBBLY ARMS Monday!
