I'm new to this team and just started to get back on track as far as exercise is concerned so I will commit to 420 minutes this month and try to increase next month.

Setting a cardio goal has helped me very much before. I have slacked off a lot but will set my goal for 2000. By doing at least 60 mins ea day and adding a little more two days a week I can accomplish this. And anyway it will be warm soon and sticky. Once again I need this.
