Rhea, sounds like a good day

Istra, I'm actually trying to go for 2 pounds a month, more would be great but slow and steady is less stressful.

I am done collecting all our strength prs and have scheduled out the percentages on our training for the next three months.

5%... hmm.. that would be 263.6 * .05 equals 13.18 divided by 8 equals 1.6475 lbs, very doable.. I'm surprised!

I think I'm still going to go for my half a pound to a pound of loss a week though

I really like the idea of writing in a journal and might try it, mines just numbers. I joined the 5% challenge again and I think it would be interesting to write about it and review it.

A PR journal is personal record. I do Crossfit and we update our maximum 1 rep lifting weights every so often so we can track progress or if a competition is coming up we can check the requirements and see what we can do. I the journal it's a lot of math to calculate the percentages for strength movements and it gets tedious at times doing ( I don't like math) it but it really makes it easier when we train.

What's a PR journal? Do you do that for work?

I have a journal too, but I'm really bad about writing in it.. I belong to a website (paid except first month trial) that challenges you to write three pages worth of words each day, but I have a physical journal too.. but I only write in that one when I take that particular challenge from a SparkTeam I'm on for that particular week (you choose challenges each week)

I got up in the evening, but when I decided to get up I immediately went in to take my shower and dress. I went online to check out my HabitRPG stuff and check my email and saw a friend and we ended up talking to each other. Afterward I ended up washing laundry (twice) and cooking dinner for both of us, ... that my SO didn't like.. Ended up talking on Skype and reading part of 'The Clockwork Angel' I'm a little embarrassed as it is obviously a teen romance now.. but just the world is so fascinating that I want to read all of the trilogy anyway.

This is a really great idea, Oona! I'm just sorry I didn't see it sooner!

So what I did today:
I got up at 7am, watched my ministers on tv
Watched the news
Went to the Friends of the Auburn Library Book Sale in the park
Came home and soaked in the tub a while
Had a bath
Had a quiet time and now am working on finishing my Control Journal items

(biggest thing: getting to the book sale just after 9am and buying a bag full of books. Roger, my SO said I made him proud :) )

Yesterday, my niece came over and we cleaned out Kathy's clothes to throw away and sell. We also rearranged the bedroom for a change of pace so I could start sleeping in there.
Today, I did the dishes, cleaned off the top of the dryer, have a load in the dryer and a load in the washer. Oh yea, I even made the bed!!

Instead of making a "TO-DO" list, which can make you feel depressed or anxious about what you have to do throughout your day, this is a list of what you have accomplished through your day!!
