I love coach Nicole Swimsuit bootcamp videos, they REALLY work!

Optimally for a really flat stomach, you shouldn't eat any sugar what so ever (which actually means no fruit either (other than bananas), you shouldn't chew gum, eat diary products, or beans, because these might make you bloated and gas-y. You should eat lots of fibres and drink a lot of water. (You can find this information by searching the internet.)

My friends told me I have a flat stomach, and I eat fruit, and diary products. I drink lots of water and I don't chew gum very often. And my best tip is to laugh a lot : P Hahaha. It really helps!

I like the resistance bands. Check out Coach Nicole's exercise video. There is one where you remain seated and get a great workout.

Hello everyone! I'm new to Spark as of yesterday and really hyped about all the ppl and information on here!
Currently started with some cardio routine and was wondering what everybody is doing to get a lean stomach and nice abs. Can anyone recommend a diet, workout routine or exercise that worked for them?

Also I might be far from even thinking about abs at the moment but Im aiming for a major makeover for Springbreak 2011! Is that a realistic time frame?
