If it's rotating back and forth between cardio and weights you can log it as circuit training.

If the cardio and weights portion are separate from each other you can log the cardio portion as general aerobics and the weight portion under strength training.

It's a combination cardio and weights.

On your fitness page click to "Add Cardio" and you can find tae bo listed when you browse under "Other Activities". I have noticed though that the number of calories burned is usually highly overestimated for tae bo so just be aware that it's only an estimate. Using a heart rate monitor is great because it gives you an exact number of calories burned based on all your stats and how hard you were working out.

Is the Cindy Crawford video cardio or strength? If it's cardio you could log it as general aerobics or search for something that you think is similar off the list of cardio activities. Hope that helps!

Does anyone know how to add workout videos to the exercises? I do Cindy Crawford's workout videos and Billy Blank's Tae-Bo and I don't know how to keep track of them on here.
