Welcome - this team is GREAT! I did the original bootcamp for May/June, and it was AMAZING. I didn't need to lose weight, but I was just not in my best shape - this team solved that problem! I learned to love strength training (who'd'a thought?!?) by doing just a bit of it each day instead of suffering at the gym a few times a week. I now double up on the videos (both lower body 1 day, both upper body 1 day, both abs 1 day) and do a variety of other workouts the other 3 days - I never get bored, which is key. Good luck w/ the program - I hope it rocks for you too!

Summer may be over but I have just begun! My birthday was a few days ago and I gave myself the best present of all, not giving up! The day after my birthday I cheated on my diet, but unlike so many times before, the next day I got back on track! Instead of blowing it and wallowing in self indulgence like I have so many times before I went back on my diet and back to the gym! What makes this even more significant is the scale is not budging! The scale and I have battled for years, I quit! The scale is not GOD! I know I'm working hard and eating right and I feel great! I don't care what the scale says anymore, I might not lose any weight at all but come Christmas I'm going to look great in a bikini! However, I might be a little cold!!!!!!!
I'm also looking for a diet buddy! I'm 28/f/ Mo. I'm on a low cal/low carb diet, my exercise routine is average, and I'm a huge fan of the Biggest Loser! I'm looking for someone to participate in challenges with and to work with on reaching our goals!
