Yes they repeat weekly and you can do them more than one time per day if you like.

the 7 day bc workouts when your done with the 7 days you do it all over again right??? just want to make sure that , thats how it goes.

Always been a healthy weight of 115-120 After having my daughter i lost myself and gained weight on & off in 2008 lost 24lbs and weight down to 124lbs! After that year i gained my weight back and ever since then ive ben gaining more and more! Now its time to get healthy for baby#2 =]
