The entire NYC Ballet DVD is about 50 minutes long, but it's broken up into different segments targeting different muscle groups so if you wanted, you could customize your workout.

I love Jillian's 30 Day Shred workouts. Level one is much easier than Level 3. I'm fortunate that my Comcast cable subscription offers different workout videos on FitTV. Jillian's is definitely one of my favorites.

Thanks for the suggestion! I am always looking for new dvd workouts and I too utilize netflix for my workout dvds. I have been doing Jillian Michaels 30 day shred and I am on day 25 - another great workout that I recommend. Unfortunately it is not available on instant viewing, but you can get the dvd in the mail.

By the way, how long is the workout? (30 day shred has 3 levels of workouts, each 20 minutes. They are divided up into 3 segments of 3 minute strength training, 2 minutes cardio, 1 minute abs and this repeats 3 times but the moves change. The 20 minute workouts get increasingly more intense with each level change).

I saw that it has workouts 1 & 2, have you tried both?

If you've 'mastered' the Swimsuit Bootcamp work-out videos and are looking for a new challenge or just looking to 'mix up' your routine, I've got an awesome suggestion:

New York City Ballet Workout 1

I subscribe to Netflix.com and this workout video is free to view under the 'watch instantly' section. This DVD is notoriously challenging, especially because the dancers do not narrate their moves, but after learning so much through Coach Nicole's videos, I didn't even need the dancers to narrate. I knew where/how to breath, I was familiar with lots of the techniques, I kept my abs engaged, and it kept my interest. This workout was 'artistically' filmed and so different from lots of the videos I've done before.

Just thought I'd pass along my endorsement. I hope you all have good, fun, happy, safe & healthy weekends!
