I'm not familiar with herb ox seasoning -- what is it, or what is it like?

I'm having a large salad with shrimp as the protein, if I get to it. I just tried a South Beach recipe that's really for breakfast (Sausage and Egg Cups), but it's so savory and wonderful that I've just eaten two servings, and may not bother with dinner!

I have a dentist appointment this afternoon to get crowns on my front 2 teeth and thought the family might like something more than jello.

Change of dinner plan we had ground beef with frozen italian vegetables, added red peppers, onion, garden tomatoes, handful lentils, stired in rice and added soy sauce. Sevred with corn, green beans, navy beans, veggie sticks and whtever else was leftover veggies. Wednesday will be sloppy joes.

well, the wilted cucumber salad is made, and the zucchini is marinating for grilling, but it's not yet clear what I'm doing with the sole fillets. I may saute them quickly with a chile-spice rub, or mince some garlic and chop some olives and tomatoes and bake.

at 9am I cooked that chicken and had some from breakfast, and some jello. Tonight I had chicken again and a slice of hawaiian pizza, had to cut in into small small pieces to get it but managed to eat it.

Sorry that your teeth are giving you problems--I wonder whether I'm drinking all these soy shakes in preparation for some of the dental surgery looming in my future, so that I'm already used to liquid meals.

We had lunch out (disappointing, but that's another story), so I'll probably just have a soy protein shake or a yogurt with some high-fiber cereal. At least breakfast was healthy!

update on dinner, hubby did not cook on the grill emoticon
but even if he had I wouldn't have been able to eat it the dentist told me that it was not worth repairing my teeth placing crowns on them was the best thing to do, so I have temporarys on right now and go back in two weeks for the real things. My mouth is still sore and tender so I had clam chowder, jello, cheese stick for dinner, I know not the best but it wasn't junky either.
