Although I haven't done the videos for a couple of weeks I noticed I get much more toned with the videos. I haven't had the time lately to do the videos but plan on doing one after work today!

My workouts are much more focused. I am fitting in at least 10 min everyday. Once i get started, i generally want to do more. I just finished 4 whole weeks of doing the videos. I plan to start over.

After the 2nd week. I started adding more reps, sets or an extra workout. I used to get workout magazines. I saved the articles and organized them based on bodyparts. On each video day, i add an extra article that works the same part.

I haven't tried any of the videos yet but after reading the posts I'm thinking about starting. I do body sculpting on Mon & Wed at the health club, so maybe I'll start doing the videos on the other days to achieve my results. Hmmm. . .

I lost 5 pounds while doing the videos. Then I got stressed at work and started slacking. I haven't "exercised" in over 2 weeks now. Now I haven't gained the weight back, but work keeps me moving so...

But ya, I love the SSBC videos. Also, try the 15 minute abs video from spark people.

Lost 6 lbs the first month and 1 this week. I was away and eating out for a week and maintained last week. I did not measure inches. Perhaps I should start. I just feel better when I exercise!

I have seen results. In May I lost 5.4 pounds and 3 inches off my waist. This month I have already lost another 5 pounds. I feel more stronger, and the videos do help me with strength training plus the emails motivate me to exercise and eat healthier. Before I started the boot camp I would exercise three time a week for 30 minutes walking and now five time a week running plus videos and crunches. I can now fit into my pants again and my whole family can see my results.

For me what the videos have helped the most with was making me want to exercise. I do the bootcamp videos and challenges when I first wake up and then on days when I can fit it into my schedule, I go to the gym and take a class. I just started spinning and an "aerobic" lifting class. I am hoping to go to a kick boxing class next.

In the last nine days I have lost 2 pounds. My muscles are sore as well. There are a couple of exercises I can't do with the muscle tone and age of my body, but I'm hoping that that will improve as well.

I've missed a couple of days, that I plan on making up. I've noticed that some of my muscles are sore, where I hadn't used them for awhile,until the video's. I had my wrong weight at first,now I've got it straightened out. I've lost 1 lb. I think that you have to do one video at least twice for one work-out count, not sure. You will have to do at least 1 week, or more to start noticing a difference. Stay with it, and I think it will pay off. sahaus49

I have notice changes in toning of certain muscles. I feel better. I know that it is working because I do have some sore muscles from time to time.

I haven't been loosing the weight but the inches and toning. Everyone at work has been asking what am I doing.

I know the videos don't look that all hard but if you do them 2 x, you feel it.

Definitely. My shape is changing. Hubby has noticed it while hugging me yesterday. In May I lost 5 lbs, and an inch from my waist and and 2 inches from my hips without using weights with the videos. In June so far I've lost 2 lbs.

I am up 2 lbs but I think it is building muscle and muscle weigh more than fat but take less space. I am Much stronger and have More energy, also, my clothes have room in them now. So I am definitely seeing results. Also, I feel better. I love this challenge.

BASED ON MY MAY RESULTS, I LOST 12 1/2 INCHES WITH THE VIDEOS. I WAS DOING A LITTLE STRENGTH TRAINING BEFORE I STARTED THE MAY BOOT CAMP. I THINK THEY WORK VERY WELL.

I'm only going to weigh myself at the beginning, middle, and end of the month, so I'm not sure about weight. But I can tell you I have noticed a huge change in how strong different parts of my body feel. My legs and butt feel and look more toned, and I'm starting to get some definition in my abs. Of course, my clothes feel better too. Best of luck! I've really enjoyed this set of exercises.

Mini goals:
140lbs: trip to quilt store
130lbs: new sewing machine
goal weight:???? I'm still thinking this one out.
