I did this month's first one and I had sweat pouring off me. I didn't realize how out of shape I was until then. Phew! And I cheated some. LOL!

Hello DEGRAWSM06: I,m just starting also, but I know from exercising that you start out slowly. Nicole will tell you how to do the low impact version, you can always walk in place. The workout does not require much space, I like that. I felt sooo good when I finished. Good luck and report back how you're doing. Eldora

One of the best things about the bootcamp exercises is that I can tell myself it's only 10 min. Anyone can do ten minutes!!!

I didn't start right away, so i plan on still doing the workouts for another 2 weeks.

I almost didn't do it tonight becasue i was sore and tired for mdoing yard work. I decided to do it anyway and i also did some chakra stretches i got from a magazine (6 poses, yoga like, but i feel great afterward).
Afterward i felt a little better.
