I too did all the videos and most of the challenges and all my cardio but I only lost 2 lbs and barely an inch or 2 total.

Yep. The whole bootcamp! I can actually see where my swimsuit bottoms start now! I used to have to lift a roll to see them! hehehe I lost 8 more lbs (making total weight lost so far 20 lbs)since joining this site and bootcamp sure was an incentive for me. Golly I love SparkPeople.com. AND I do spreak the spark to anyone who asks what I am doing to get fit and lose weight!

I too did that whole challenge. I haven't did any measurements,yet since completing it, but I know that it has helped. I went down a size which is more important and I feel great.

Congratulations to all of us who did this challenge. May we continue on with our journey with a new outlook and zest for life!!!!

Good for you Louise! I was in that boat with you! LOL I usually alternate cardio and strength each day, so to do both (2,549 minutes this month) was pretty unusual for me.

Woo hoo - good for you! I managed to do every workout, all the cardio (and then some) and every challenge. It really is a feeling of accomplishment - better yet - it's a habit I can live with. It will get me away from the detested gym and still get me in GREAT shape.
