Hi - a big THANK YOU from me too. My cardio minutes went up from average 700 to 1399 in May and that was thanks to the motivation the Boot Camp gave me. The videos were great as well - just the right length so that it was possible to squeeze them in even on busy days. It was great.

A big 'Thank You' from me as as well, to Nichole and all the others who help put this challenge together.

I know I've lost at least 6 pounds, but I'll weight in and measure tomorrow officially.

Even better is that I tried a lot of exercises that I wouldn't have otherwise, and this week I got up the nerve to begin the couch to 5k program.

Thank you Coach Nicole and everyone who has given me motivation. I haven't lost too much weight but I have noticed a vast improvement in my shape. I have toned quite a bit and plan to continue these videos. Hopefully as time goes on, someone can put more videos in printable form since I don't have internet at home and have to print them while at work. There were a couple I had to write down since it was not available in a printout. Overall, THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!

emoticon emoticon Thanks, Coach Nicole. I go to the Y 5 days a week and do water aerobics and water strength training and sculpting. Your videos and challenges helped me to do this and keep exercising! Every time I didn't feel like doing a video, I thought, "Yeah, but it's only 10 minutes, I can do it!" This was a great bootcamp! Thank you Coach Nichole. Even though half way through I got injured (not working out) and couldn't do the videos for awhile I made copies of the movements and put them in my workout book to use later. Thanks again!

Yes, thanks so very much Nicole. It definitely gave me the push I needed to get consistent with exercise again. I'm now running 2.5 miles almost every day.

I also want to thank coach Nicole for the videos especially the alternate ways to do the exercises. I will continue to do them after this is over. Just wish the re was some way to get them downloaded on a memory stick so I can plug it in to My TV would be so much easier.
I am going to continue with the June July challenge.

The videos are great. I like to add them on to my daily cardio. THey cover the entire body. They are easy to follow along with and for all skill levels. The print outs are great to print out and i can put them in my excercise area in the basement (my computer is upstairs).

I love the short workouts, too. Having so many videos available is a real treat! I realize what a challenge it must have been to set this bootcamp up, and certainly appreciate Coach Nicole, SARAH_VW and OUTOFCONTROL for the videos, fielding our questions, and all they have done to make this bootcamp so successful.

I also want to thank you, for the bootcamp challenge. I have been waking early each morning to do the bootcamp exercise prior to work. I have had more energy and have been actively thinking of things to increase my movement daily. I only request that you give all of us a continual workout for the rest of the summer. I have actually enjoyed the workouts. This challenge has also made me look at my eating habits, which has also help me lose a few pounds.

Can we ever say 'THANK YOU' enough!It was just what most of us needed to get away from a platue or for us to kick it up a notch!!I am so happy to have had this experience!!I was sorry knowing that 'swimsuit boot camp' was ending May 31,but super excited when it was stated that there was going to be a June/July Summer Challenge!! emoticon !!

As boot camp is drawing to a close, I just want to thank you for all the work you put into it. I absolutely love the videos and will continue to use them when boot camp is over. I've lost 11 pounds and my pants are loose. I now have saggy pants (yay!) emoticon . Thanks so much!
