I signed up on sparkpeople on a whim. I have so many other goals, work, family, gardening. I really haven't made any health or weight goals. The boot camp daily workouts are something easy for me to do when i am tired. by the end, i have more energy and am ready for a 30 minute or longer cardio session.

Glad you're on the Bootcamp Team!!!! Better a starting a little late than not at all. I've decided that "Bootcamp" will not end. I'm going to keep this going until I've reached my goals. I didn't get into this for any prizes or money. My reward will be a longer, healthier life!!! emoticon

I just started doing the daily challenges only 5 days ago. I will just keep doing them a week after the group ends.

I am done making the excuse that if i didn't start something by a certain date that i shouldn't bother.
I am committing to doing more cardio, or longer low intensity workouts.
