This is a good, sorry it took me so long to reply. Those are some extremely hard things to do. Sometimes you don't even know you have something to forgive yourself for until you start truly LOVING and BELIEVING in yourself.

I love myself by taking care of myself; in every aspect: physically, mentally, and spiritually. When I started doing this I started believing I could achieve anything I wanted to, my motto "be your own cheerleader!" If you wait for others to do this for you, you might as well sit down while do. What you think and how you see yourself is how people perceive you! I will admit they are times when I sometimes flicker about this, but most of the time I'm up there. Forgiveness that's a tough one, but I did it. It's an anchor of negative energy, so I remind myself of this. If I slip, I remind myself that every new day is a fresh start. I think about why I did what I did, and I address the issue. Once, that's out of the way I move on...and kick butt the next day!

First and foremost I would like to say that I love coming to work and being able to have such wonderful/positive co-workers that I can feed off of.

So this morning the girls & I were chatting about what we had for dinner, what type of exercise we did last night, what our monthly goals were, etc... After the conversation was over my co-worker sent me an email that said one of her goals for the month of April was to, "FORGIVE HERSELF! BELIEVE IN HERSELF! LOVE HERSELF!" When I read that I had another one of those light bulb moments. What she had said couldn't have made anymore sense to me right now because the last couple of days I've been beating myself up for eating a banana split on Sunday. I was 50/50 on how that banana split had made me feel. Half of me didn't mind because I hardly ever eat anything like that anymore. However, after going on the internet and checking how many calories the darn thing was made the other half of me feel like darn I'm going to have to work out twice as hard to get rid of the calories I had consumed from it.

So Luscious Latinas give me some words of encouragement and let me know how do you FORGIVE YOURSELF? BELIEVE IN YOURSELF? LOVE YOURSELF?

You can have RESULTS or EXCUSES... not both!

You can't spell CHALLENGE without CHANGE!
