This time last year I was holding down 3 jobs and school! No energy or time for working out.
This year's Spring I have already set Goals and am working towards them.
For those who mentioned outdoors-this is something I need to do more of.
Farmers Market is healthier and usually cheaper- so this is something I NEED to include!

I'm hopeful that this spring I'll reach goal and continue running after my first 5K race on May 1st. I first have to be able to run 3.10 miles, yikes! I'm getting there...3 more weeks of my beginner running program for a 5K.

Want to be more daring with my clothes then last year when I started to lose weight.

I should research farmer's markets out here! Summer dresses sound cute Moni and Chela!

This spring will definitely be different than last year. This time last year I was barely getting my feet wet with changing my life and the gym (I signed up in Jan of 2009). Last year I was depending on folks to guide me and help me with my transition. However, now I'm one of the strong leaders for my social groups.

My baby is now 2 yrs. old and we can now both enjoy the outdoors more then we did last Spring. This Spring I'll be able to run around the backyard with him and chase the bubbles.

Another thing I'm looking forward to is Farmer's Market. I can't wait to get some big fat juicy strawberries & grapes.

Overall this Spring I am in a much better place both mentally & physically.

Good question...

I was thinking of wearing more sun dresses (like you said), I gotta buy one first. Also, I want to spend alot more time outside even if it is for just getting some sun.

Okay so as of this weekend Spring ya llego y en algunos lados the sun is out and birds are chirping...wait(record scratches in the background), okay enough with the Snow White imagery. But yes, it is here, with this said I would like to know what you are planning on doing different this year?

Will this be the year in which you push the envelope a little farther? Or are you going to rely on your same habits as last year? Since, I know you (it sounds good, okay it may not be 100% true-but just roll with me on this one), I'm going to assume that you will be changing this year. So share with us what those changes entail or are planning on changing.

These are mine:
I plan to take part in more outdoor activities, try to take my running (I twitch everytime I say this), to the next level. I would like to wear more summer dresses this year and maybe...just maybe add a pinch of social to my life vs. just school and work.
