Was supposed to go out tonight,
but chose to stay home and workout with my Vecina
as we had formerly planned!
I cant Beleive I opted to Workout instead of Go Out,
but I made a good decision for my Health!!

Worked out for an hour.
15 minutes on the Treadmill
15 minutes on the Bike
30 minutes of various strength training
Pouring Sweat!!!

Today ...I have not excerised....yet...I need that motiviation to press play on my dvd player and start working out with Billy Banks. It is an uphill battle for me & one I plan to achieve...

Today I did 30 minutes on the stationary Bike.
I know it does not sound like much but a few weeks ago I was huffing and puffing at 5 minutes.
So my endurance has picked up.

57 mins. on treadmill walking, level 5-Hill. Had to read for my class tomorrow
8 mins ran...spent!

oh and did a short round of core.

Kicked butt yesterday at the gym!

27 mins. treadmill level 11 hill program
8 mins ran on treadmill.
25 mins stationary bike, same program & level as treadmill
30 mins of strength training, worked on legs

I was on a fire yesterday!

I was so blessed this morning, the sun came out! It was suppose to rain all weekend, but we got lucky. So did the hike, 75 minutes...hills and everything. Hasta corri un poco, subienda las hills. Pero mis pobre piernas ahorita se sienten como si en cualquier minuto se va han dar por vencidas! But it was so much fun!

Yea most definately! I'm only doing it on Saturday because it's in the OC and I work on Saturday's out here in the OC. So hike first, then work. Sunday's is cool, what time? I usually go to service early in the am...by early I mean meditation starts at 630 and service ends at 8 or 830. We should so do this, I've met up with girls from other teams for hikes and it was tons of fun.

Did the stationary Bike for 30 minutes this morning
Goal for this evening is to work out with my neighbor who has a treadmill and do some strength training.
Moni, My friends and I usually go hiking on Sunday once a month. We need to move that to twice or even every weekend. The only reason I dont hike on Saturday is cause there are always events to attend.
Let's try and hook up for a hike together.
If there are any other Luscious Latinas that live in Los Angeles please respond, it is completely motivating when U have like minded people encouraging U!

Yesterday, I did 40 minutes on the crossramp and 20 mins. on the bike.

Might have to cancel my hike tomorrow, it's already raining out there.

Wednesday I switched from 4 different elliptical trainers and did a total of 25 minutes

Hey I went to Costa Mesa, Fairview Park I believe it is. On Saturday I'm going down to Corona del Mar, if interested. There's hills, stairs, water, sand...it's just beautiful.

Today since it was another gorgeous day, I headed outdoors. This time I went to the park, I walked and ran a bit. I did 4.5 miles, I'm so proud of myself I actually ran! I'm starting to run more, which is one of my personal goals for this month.

PS: I think I would have run more, but my pantalones and chonies kept falling on me. hahaha!

Awesome attitude! This is a new week, clean slate! Yesterday, since it was too beatiful of a day to be locked up in a gym, I went for a hike. It was for 60 mins. a few hills, I even ran up one. Les digo sentia que no me estaba moviendo, it was pretty dang steep. But I did it.

Good job Moni! This weekend I did absolutely nothing but eat - no exercise. This is a completey new week, thank goodness. Today I did 30 minutes of Leslie Sansone walk aerobics and 25 minutes of strength training. We still have snow on the ground and it is very cold here.

Well, I have to be creative where I live because it is a very rural area. The closest gym is about 45 miles away. I usually walk during my lunch hour for at least 30-45 minutes. Right now we have snow here in Northern New Mexico so walking outside is out of the question. Today I did a Leslie Sansone 30 minute Walk Aerobics tape and strength training for 20 minutes.

-Treadmill 45 mins. level 11, program Hill (I actually ran for 4 mins)

Dang Little Momma! You do your thing! I've seen the Zumba classes at my gym and they look like tons of fun and apparently everyone else does too...because they are packed! It's crazy I bought the DVD's to do them at home and I felt dumb doing them so I gave the DVD's away...te digo!

What a wonderful start Monilove!

Last night was my night off from the gym, however, tonight I plan to get on the elliptical for 30 minutes, take a 15 minute ab class & then do a 60 minute Zumba class. As I mentioned in my last discussion my goal for the month is to put in 1,200 fitness minutes for the month of February, so let the fun begin...whoop whoop!

We've all heard the song by Fergie "Fergilicious" right? Well, even though we don't have Sam I.AM to be our witness why not let your Luscious team take over? What am I ranting about?
Last month JXMAMA had the brilliant idea to start a thread about working out, some of us started posting what we had done to exercise. Some of us even learned new techniques or even set out new goals. But the most important thing it did for me was keep me accountable, since I knew I had to post I made sure I did some sort of physical activity. I know we enter this information in our Fitness page in order to get Fitness Minutes, but that's a bit more private. This is more out there...for me it triggered something.

So, I'm hoping it will do the same for you. As a team we are not big on goals, but why not make this one. Try to log in whatever physical activity we do, even if it's walking to the store, moviendo el eskeleto los fines de semana at ritmo de Los Hermanos Rosario...post, post, post!
